Drugs, replica firearms seized

Two people from Cambridge are facing charges after police seized drugs and replica guns from a site in Galt.

On Thursday, Waterloo Regional Police issued a search warrant in the area of Albert and Elliot streets in Cambridge and seized suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl and three replica firearms.

A 40-year-old man is facing drug-related offences, including possession for the purpose of trafficking, as well as a firearm prohibition breach. A 42year-old woman is facing drugrelated offences, including two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

She was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
