CHANCELLOR CLINTON

Former U.S. secretary of state Hillary Clinton is all smiles after being inaugarated as the first female chancellor of Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on Friday. Clinton had been unable to come to the institution for her formal installation prior to Friday because of the coronavirus pandemic. She and her husband, former U.S. president Bill Clinton, actively participated in the peace process that largely ended decades of violence in Northern Ireland. It culminated with the 1998 Good Friday accord.
