Woman charged after collision

Waterloo Regional Police have charged a 41-year-old Kitchener woman with impaired driving after a collision in Wilmot Township. On May 19, at 9:40 p.m., officers responded to a collision involving two vehicles at Trussler Road and Highway 7. Police say a GMC Sierra was going north on Trussler Road when the driver allegedly turned toward the Highway 7 on-ramp and hit a Toyota Corolla going south on Trussler Road.
