Man injured in motel robbery

A 65-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a reported attack and robbery at a motel on Weber Street East near Kinzie Avenue. Waterloo Regional Police said the thief stole personal property. The suspect and the victim are known to each other.
