Hours Tuesday to Saturday, noon to 10:30 p.m.; Sunday, noon to 9:30 p.m.

The bill $85.32 (including tax but not tip) for four representative dishes and green tea for which we were not charged.

Getting your food Eat in or takeout. Delivery via Uber, Door dash, Skip and Fantuan. All payment forms are accepted. Accessibility Due to a set of steps up to the main floor, the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. Lighting is bright, allowing easy perusal of the menu. An odd playlist does little to set the mood but plays at a tolerable level allowing conversation. Some of the dishes are vegetarian and/or gluten-free.

Notes The website is a work in progress and a Facebook page is coming soon. Once Uki obtains a liquor license, a side section of the restaurant will be themed as a Korean pub with a variety of bar menu items.

While customers should certainly appreciate their takeout, I’d encourage local chowhounds to visit in person. There’s potential here for Uki not to be just another student joint, and there are many other dishes I’ll happily return to try. DINING COLUMNS FOCUS ON
